Our annual Traffic and Safety Conference, which is typically held in May, has been expanded and will be joined by Missouri’s Blueprint Conference (biannual). This new format will bring in an expanded audience and will allow more opportunities for networking.

The program will be structured to include our typical traffic engineering topics with a greater focus on the four E’s of highway safety. The conference will begin at 1:00 p.m. October 18 with a keynote presentation and the roll out of the next edition of the Blueprint. October 19 will be a full day of traffic engineering and Blueprint behavioral topics occurring during concurrent separate breakout sessions. The conference will end at noon on October 20. This year’s conference includes topics realted to human factors, elderly drivers, young drivers, pedestrians, intersection designs and more.
