New Buy America Requirement Starts October 1, 2025
Starting October 1, 2025, all manufactured products used in federally funded highway projects must be finally assembled in the United States under new Buy America rules, aligning with the Build America, Buy America Act.
MoboTrex wired and empty cabinets, SA and SG poly vehicle signals, aluminum vehicle signals, and backplates are all currently Build America, Buy America (BABA) Compliant.
To comply with the BABA requirements, more than 55% of the total cost of components in these manufactured products comes from parts produced or manufactured in the United States.

Final Deadline for FY25 Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Opportunity
The final application deadline for the fiscal year 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) competitive grant program is Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 4:00 PM CT.
The June 26 deadline is for all SS4A Grant applications.

MoboTrex Offices Closed for 4th of July
The MoboTrex offices will be closed on Friday, July 4th for the Independence Day Holiday.

MoboTrex will officially be hosting a Users Group tradeshow in Texas this summer!
The Texas Users Groups will be NO CHARGE for customers to register.
The Users Group is an excellent opportunity for customers to network, meet leading traffic industry manufacturers one on one and experience classroom sessions on innovative technology.
Attendees can earn up to 12 Professional Development Hours.
