Eagle Eye: Precise Signal Visibility
for Complex Intersections
Complex lane configurations and unusual roadway angles can make it difficult for drivers to identify which signal applies to them. Eagle Eye helps bring clarity to those intersections.
Manufactured by Eagle Traffic Control Systems and distributed by MoboTrex, the new Eagle Eye Programmable Signal Head allows traffic professionals to limit signal visibility to drivers in a specific lane or direction. That targeted visibility can help reduce driver confusion and support safer intersection operations.

THE OCTOBER 1 BABA
MILESTONE IS HERE
The next phase of Buy America requirements took effect October 1, 2026. For Federal-aid highway projects obligated on or after that date, manufactured products must meet two tests: final assembly in the United States and more than 55% U.S. content by total component cost.
For agencies, consultants and contractors, this makes documentation a critical part of procurement. Compliance information should match the exact manufacturer, model and configuration in the submittal. A general “Made in USA” statement alone does not establish that both requirements are met.
