Eagle Portable Flasher Unit (PFU)

A dark intersection is a dangerous intersection. The Eagle Portable Flasher Unit (PFU) is designed to keep an intersection running in flash while repairs are made to the cabinet. The PFU is powered by a rechargeable battery giving you the time to get a cabinet repaired or a new cabinet installed.

The convenient carrying case includes everything needed to put an intersection in flash – flasher, inverter, rechargeable battery, and terminal block for the signal connections. The PFU can also be used to “bump out” a new traffic signal installation before the power is turned on, to validate the field wiring is connected correctly. When your cabinet is knocked down, count on the Eagle PFU to keep your intersection safe.
