KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) – A crash late Sunday night in Knoxville is causing continued delay at a busy downtown intersection. A Sunday traffic crash completely knocked out the traffic signals at the intersection of Middlebrook Pike and Sutherland Avenue. There are no operational traffic signals.
